Welcome to B+POSITIVE! Not only is B+ my blood type but hopefully it will be a means of keeping your outlook on the plus side. I certainly need constant reminders to stay positive so I am hoping by writing periodically here I can help someone else stay up while reminding myself how healthy it is to live life this way.
I believe that life comes at you emotionally in cycles and everyone needs some help from friends and family to climb out of life's valleys. I have experienced a few of those valleys over the years and without having a close family and some good friends I probably would have been stuck in a rut and developed illnesses. If you are ever down or need of something to perk you up I hope you visit this blog.
I also believe that excercise is the best way to stay positive. For me running is my passion and when I get done with a morning run my day is started off on a great path. My mind is sharper, my attitude is better, and I am not as lazy. I run my own business and I deal with people all day. It is so much easier to talk with people when I am confident, and my confidence comes from knowing I am working hard to get my body and mind in shape.
I also believe that social interaction with family and friends helps keep me positive. There are enough negative people out there to poison us all so I try to do what I can to start the ball rolling in the other direction. Just think, if each one of us made it a point to say something positive to someone and pick someone up every day, how much a better place it would be.
I hope to post positive thoughts, fitness ideas, and share my experiences with anyone who wishes to read them. I welcome all comments and I hope I am a positve influence on at least one person by writing here.
